Sian started her career at Greens of Thame at the age of 16. Over 15 years later, she has learnt all there is to know about made-to-measure curtains, blinds and upholstery. In 2024, Sian took over the business and has been growing it ever since!

Josh joined the business in 2025 as head fitter. He loves nothing more than heading out in the van to deliver our expertly crafted products to happy clients (with the occasional cup of tea as a reward!).

Eve is in charge of everything digital - from the website to socials and all things behind the scenes. You'll often find her in the showroom, putting together moodboards or creating our famous window displays and is always on hand to offer design advice. 

With over 12 years of experience in the interior design industry, including a specialism in heritage interiors,  Jo is passionate about textiles, colour, pattern and creating beautiful homes. She loves helping clients achieve their interior goals.

The second-longest-running employee at Greens, Bear takes great pride in alerting us to customers as they come through the door. Often found surveying his kingdom from the studio window.

The newest member of the team, Kiwi is very much still learning the ropes. You can often find her chewing on things she shouldn't be and being too cute for her own good.
